SHOW homes at Aubrey, a development of new apartments and penthouses in Shankill, Co Dublin, will be on open view this weekend as developers Tudor Homes have reduced the prices.
Nestled within the secluded grounds of Aubrey House, a protected period residence, the homes are also within walking distance of the seafront and the range of facilities in Shankill village.
Now only nine of the twobedroom apartments remain and these range in price between €245,000 and €270,000 and in size between 68sqm and 72sqm. The last remaining penthouse is priced at €390,000 and this three-bedroom home has a floor area of 97.3sqm.
At the peak the smaller of the two bedroom units were priced at €350,000 while the larger penthouses were priced at €545,000.
Each unit comes with kitchen appliances, Wiemann fitted wardrobes with feature LED lights, intercom system, Wrightwood double glazed windows, a private balcony or a deck and a designated parking space.
The show homes are on view for an hour on Saturday and Sunday this weekend between noon and 1pm.
Shankill is located between Killiney and Bray, with the Dublin Mountains as a westerly backdrop.
Aubrey is easily accessible by both road and rail. The N11 and M50 are less than a mile away and Shankill DART station is approximately 600metres away.
