Rena O’Kelly has been welcomed as Director of Residential. Rena has almost 25 years residential experience which is both extensive and comprehensive. Initially specialising in the south county Dublin market, she has more recently targeted the entire Dublin region in both new homes sales and second hand residential. Highly respected in her field with a proven track record, she has many prominent sales to her credit. Rena joined Knight Frank, formerly HT Meagher O’Reilly, in 2007 and has been a key player in establishing it as one of Dublin’s leading New Homes service providers.
As Director of Residential Rena looks forward to driving the Knight Frank brand at a time when the Dublin market is showing serious signs of recovery. The timing for the Company is perfect, in a market that has become increasingly buoyant with international buyers and ex-pats alike global reach has become paramount when selling residential property in Dublin
To spice things up even further, Jackie Horan (formerly Sherry FitzGerald) has joined the team as Associate Director of residential. With almost 20 years’ experience working with Ireland’s leading property developers, Jackie has been a key player in the new homes market and has been closely involved with thousands of successful negotiations and sales. Jackie has a long held reputation as an outstanding agent and her many client testimonials highlight how important it was to be in such a safe pair of experienced hands.
We also welcome Gareth Noone (formerly Savills) to the team, joining Rena, Jackie and Aishling O’Hanlon. During his time with Savills, Gareth worked with some of Ireland’s leading property developers ensuring many repeat instructions.
The team have also moved into their new home within our newly refurbished offices at 20/21 Upper Pembroke Street and are looking forward to continued development and exciting new opportunities within the Irish and International residential property markets.
